12 days left to prepare for boot camp, tips?

Run 2-3 miles a day 6 days a week as hard as you can. Do 3 sets max push up and sit ups 2X a week. Take a couple of days off from everything a before boot camp. Good Luck and thanks for doing your part to protect your country. 3 years ago Thanks for the advice, I've begun running 3 laps around the track at the local park (0.8 mi. each) for a total of 2.4 miles at the fastest pace I can without vomiting. Next week I'll work up to 4 laps (3.2 miles.) I seem to be able to overcome the pain of distance running easier already! Thanks!
