Running Schedule or Running Tips?

- Chosen by Voters i would do a bit of interval training, warm up, sprint for 1 min slow jog 1 min and keep doing that. Also do some hill training but remember to have a day of rest before you go to the tryouts. Good luck 3 years ago 100% 1 Vote
